We help hardscaping and other home improvement contractors book estimate appointments by running advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) on their behalf and handling the response. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers two groups of people: contractors who deal with us directly, and homeowners who respond to advertising we run for a contractor.
Information we collect from you directly
If you are a contractor or a visitor to this site, we collect information you give us directly, which may include:
- Your name, business name, email address and phone number when you book a call, fill out a form, or contact us
- Notes or messages you send us about your business
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Information we handle for our clients
When we run an advertising campaign for a contractor, homeowners may submit their name, contact details, address and project information through a form on that advertising. That information belongs to the contractor. We collect and process it on the contractor's behalf, under the contractor's instructions, in order to confirm and schedule estimate appointments and to follow up on inquiries. The contractor's own privacy practices govern what happens to it after that. If you are a homeowner and want to see, correct or delete information you submitted, contact the contractor you inquired with, or email us and we will pass your request on.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It records that your browser visited certain pages, including when a call is booked, and shares that with Meta along with standard browser information such as IP address and the pages viewed. We use it to measure whether our advertising works and to show our advertising to people who have visited this site. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you under its own data policy. You can limit this in your Meta account under Ads Preferences, by adjusting your browser's cookie settings, or with an ad blocking extension. We do not use the pixel to collect names, phone numbers or any information you type into a form.
Text messaging and mobile information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share mobile opt in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages from Vantage Acquisitions stays with Vantage Acquisitions.
By providing your phone number you agree to receive texts, calls and emails from Vantage Acquisitions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive messages, we may send texts related to your inquiry, your appointment, or the services we provide to you. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email or phone contact, and you can ask us to stop those as well by emailing us.

When we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed by a third party payment processor. We do not store your full card number or bank details on our systems. Advertising spend is paid by the contractor directly to the advertising platform and does not pass through us.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, to understand how it is used, and for the advertising measurement described above. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Information we hold for a contractor is kept for as long as we work for that contractor and is returned or deleted when the engagement ends, unless the law requires us to keep it. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it unidentifiable.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
