Who we are
Vantage Acquisitions is an advertising and appointment setting company based in Bloomington, Minnesota. We build and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms for hardscaping and other home improvement contractors, and we handle the inbound response so that homeowner inquiries become confirmed estimate appointments on the contractor's calendar.
Using this website
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. The content on this site belongs to Vantage Acquisitions and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Text message program terms
Program: Vantage Acquisitions sends text messages about appointments, service updates and responses to inquiries.
Consent: You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages, for example on our booking form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.

Services, fees and billing
The specific services, fees, measurement period and billing schedule for any engagement are set out in the written agreement we provide before work begins. Unless that agreement says otherwise:
- A setup fee is billed once, at the start of the engagement, and is not refundable once work has begun
- Ongoing management is billed monthly in advance
- Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform on your own payment method. It never passes through Vantage Acquisitions, and it continues to be your responsibility during any period in which we work without charge under a performance commitment
- Third party registration fees, such as messaging carrier registration, are your responsibility
Performance commitments
Nothing on this website is a guarantee. Where a written agreement between us includes a performance commitment, that agreement defines exactly what counts toward it, how it is measured, the period over which it is measured, and the remedy if it is not met. Unless the agreement says otherwise, the remedy is continued service without further management fees until the commitment is met, not a refund. A performance commitment, where one exists, concerns appointments booked on your calendar. It never extends to appointments kept, jobs won, revenue or profit, which depend on your pricing, your sales process and factors outside our control.
Advertising accounts and platforms
Campaigns run on your own Facebook page and your own advertising account, which you own and keep. You grant us access to manage them for the term of the engagement and may withdraw that access when the engagement ends. We follow the advertising platform's published policies in the work we do. Advertising platforms make their own decisions about approving, restricting or suspending ads and accounts, and about pricing and delivery. Those decisions are outside our control. We will work in good faith to resolve them, and we are not liable for losses they cause.
Your responsibilities
To do our work we need access to accounts and accurate information about your business. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information and timely access to the accounts we need
- Keeping a valid payment method on your advertising account and paying your advertising spend on time
- Telling us in writing, before the campaign starts, your service area, the project types you take, and any budget floor you want applied
- Responding to appointment requests and keeping the appointments booked on your calendar
- Making sure the contacts you upload or send messages to have consented to hear from you
- Complying with all laws that apply to your business and your communications with customers, including telemarketing and messaging rules, and holding any license or registration your trade requires
- Reviewing and approving message content before it goes to your customers
Cancellation
Either party may cancel ongoing monthly service with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees cover work already performed and are not refundable once work has begun, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
Third party services
Our services rely on third party platforms, including advertising platforms, customer relationship software, phone carriers and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, changes, delivery failures or price changes caused by those providers, though we will work in good faith to resolve issues that arise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vantage Acquisitions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the site or our services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
