These terms apply when you use the Vantage Acquisitions website at vantageacquisitionsgroup.com or any service we provide. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them.
Who we are
Vantage Acquisitions is a marketing and automation company based in Bloomington, Minnesota. We set up and manage missed call text back, lead follow up and related marketing systems for businesses.
Using this website
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. The content on this site belongs to Vantage Acquisitions and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Text message program terms
Program: Vantage Acquisitions sends text messages about appointments, service updates and responses to inquiries.
Consent: You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages, for example on our booking form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
Services, fees and billing
The specific services, fees and billing schedule for any engagement are set out in the agreement or invoice we provide to you before work begins. Unless that agreement says otherwise:
- Setup fees are billed once, at the start of the engagement
- Ongoing service is billed monthly in advance
- Third party costs, such as carrier registration fees and message costs, are passed through and are your responsibility
Cancellation
Either party may cancel ongoing monthly service with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees cover work already performed and are not refundable once setup has begun, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
To do our work we need access to accounts and accurate information about your business. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information and timely access to the accounts we need
- Making sure the contacts you upload or send messages to have consented to hear from you
- Complying with all laws that apply to your business and your communications with customers, including telemarketing and messaging rules
- Reviewing and approving message content before it goes to your customers
No guarantee of results
We work to improve how your business captures and responds to leads. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, revenue or return. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your team and how quickly you follow up.
Third party services
Our services rely on third party platforms, including customer relationship software, phone carriers and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, changes, delivery failures or price changes caused by those providers, though we will work in good faith to resolve issues that arise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vantage Acquisitions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the site or our services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
